Since 2004, Gary has focused his attention on gaining a strong internet presence, and refining his sales and marketing process to generate enough leads to keep 190 full-time buyer's agents and a full-time assistant happily employed.

Gary's team has since been ranked the #1 real estate team in the state of Tennessee with RE/MAX in 2010, 2011, 2012, and through to 2022, and more recently has been in the top 10 teams in the USA!

Milestones

In 2009, a year that saw many seasoned real estate agents actually retiring their licenses, Gary and the team spent their time working on the release of their new website as well as continuing to be one of the most successful teams in Nashville.

2010 saw the release of the redesigned website which has seen the registration rise from around 15-35 to 40-75 a day. This is a reflection of the user-friendly design of the site as well as an upturn in interest in the real estate market in Nashville and the USA.

In 2010 The Ashton Real Estate Group was named the number 1 RE/MAX real estate team in Tennessee as well as being the number one team in Nashville TN with RE/MAX.

As mentioned above, The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage is now #1 in Nashville, #1 in Tennessee, and #! in the USA!

2011 has also seen another upgrade to the team website which has introduced polygon search functionality as well as intra-site messaging which is a new supplement to the live chat service which has managed to keep the team at the forefront of technology and real estate innovation.

2012 saw some big changes at RE/MAX as The Ashton Real Estate Group became the official real estate team for the Tennessee Titans. This has developed into a great relationship with the Titans organization and Gary Ashton was proud to be the official real estate agent for the Titans with his team until the sponsorship ended in May 2022
